At the end of October 2023, FAHNENGÄRTNER received the 360°//GOOD ECONOMY AWARD in the area of employees. FAHNENGÄRTNER has been focusing on its employees for decades. Thanks to the enthusiastic participants of the last seminar in January and the constant demand, we are once again organizing a basic seminar for managers with the business author and mediator, Ralf Nemeczek.

We have been promoting the physical and mental health of our employees for years with our in-house Xundi health program. We have now decided to go one step further with an additional measure and make a defibrillator available to the general public .

Fahnen Gärtner GmbH was named Company of the Year 2022 at the annual conference of the Trade Association for the Textile, Clothing, Shoe and Leather Industry (TBSL), Clothing Industry Professional Group, in October 2022. The company's achievements lie in Austrian value creation and the integration of production into a circular economy. As probably the most environmentally friendly flag producer in Europe, social components are also central topics in addition to the ecological focus. The responsible treatment of people and nature led to this award.
