Our shipping partner

FAHNENGÄRTNER attaches particular importance to fast and reliable delivery of your order, which is why we work primarily with the leading private parcel service DPD. We reserve the right to commission another logistics company to deliver the shipment.

The delivery time depends on the respective transport company, but usually takes place on the next working day or the day after. Please note that we have no influence on the actual delivery time and therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Shipping costs for online orders

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and are charged in staggered flat rates. From a shipping weight of 31.5 kg, the delivery is split into several parcels.
These costs apply for a maximum length of up to 175cm. From 175cm, shipping costs for excess lengths apply, which are displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipping rates for Austria (prices excl. VAT):

Parcels up to 2 kg: € 6,-

Parcels up to 3 kg: € 7,-

Parcels up to 5 kg: € 8,50

Parcels up to 10 kg: € 10,-

Parcels up to 15 kg: € 13,-

Parcels up to 20 kg: € 16,-

Parcels up to 25 kg: € 18,-

Parcels up to 32 kg: € 20,-

Shipping scale for Germany (price excl. VAT):

Parcels up to 5 kg: € 9,90

Parcels up to 10 kg: € 13,-

Parcels up to 20 kg: € 16,-

Parcels up to 32 kg: € 20,-

Standard delivery times

In general, we endeavor to ship the ordered goods to you as quickly as possible. Here you have an overview of the delivery times for different product groups.

Custom-made products in digital printing | Nation, federal state and municipal flags in digital printing

Each order is supervised by one of our employees and checked for completeness or errors. Depending on the order situation, the delivery time is approx. 7 working days (outgoing) from print approval. If a larger quantity is ordered, the production time may be longer. In this case, we will inform you proactively.

Custom-made products in screen printing

The delivery time for screen printing is approx. 15 to 24 working days (outgoing), depending on the order situation and quantity. This information is to be understood as a guideline. You can obtain precise information about your project directly from your account manager.

Flagpoles

You should expect a delivery time of approx. 2 to 3 weeks. Please bear in mind that masts usually also require preparatory work. After ordering, you will also receive information from us about the exact delivery date.
Please make sure that you enter the correct address details when ordering, as we will have to charge the costs incurred in the event of a return delivery due to an address error.
