What you can expect from FAHNENGÄRTNER
You’ll support management in marketing and communications activities and play an active role in shaping our company’s digital presence. We’re building around the following themes:

Responsibilities include, among other things:
- Planning, organizing, and implementing content projects
- Support for podcasts, interviews, and video formats
- Researching topics, trends, and content
- Preparing interview guides and question lists
- Creating content with the help of AI tools
- Coordinating external service providers (video, graphics, editing, etc.)
- Support for social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Contributing to newsletters, blog posts, and website content
- Maintenance and further development of content structures
- Collaboration with marketing, sales, and management
- Developing original ideas to increase visibility and further develop our social media channels
- Analysis of reach, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Contributing to new projects and digital innovations
What you bring with you
- Interest in marketing, social media, and digital media
- An affinity for technology, digitalization, and artificial intelligence
- Creativity and a knack for modern communication
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Personal responsibility and strong execution skills
- Openness to new tools, trends, and technologies
- Experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency with digital tools and common Office programs
