The soil, existing wind forces and other factors must be taken into account here. The following list is only intended to provide general information.

  1. Buy a concrete pipe with a diameter of 20 cm and a length of 100 cm
  2. Excavate the ground
  3. Insert the concrete pipe vertically; if the soil is loose, we recommend filling the concrete pipe with concrete up to the lower third in a wedge shape
  4. Pour a 20 cm layer of coarse gravel into the concrete pipe
  5. Insert the soil pipe in the middle of the concrete pipe with the notch at the bottom
  6. Fill the space between the ground tube and the concrete tube with gravel
  7. Insert the pole into the ground tube

The foundation size should correspond to the manufacturer's specifications.

The choice between Polycanvas and Polytrans fabric for identification vests depends on the intended service life and durability requirements. Polycanvas, at 205 g/m², is a robust fabric with excellent printing properties and is particularly suitable for long outdoor durability. This makes it ideal for regular use or when vests are exposed to frequent wear and tear. Polytrans, at 110 g/m², offers very good printability and good durability for outdoor use, making it the first choice for occasional use, such as at events or short-term activities. Choose Polycanvas when durability and robustness are paramount, or Polytrans when flexibility and lower costs are more important.
