We pay attention to sustainable production and Austrian added value. Our flags and textile prints are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and the company has received OEKO-TEX® STeP certification under strict conditions.
Order process and delivery
As soon as you have placed your order in the online store, it will be checked by us. With this check, we ensure that a positive and smooth order process can be guaranteed right from the start. If there are any questions, a member of staff will contact you directly.
If you have chosen an individual design and sent us a graphic file, this will also be checked by our graphics department. To ensure that you retain control here too, we will send you a print proposal, which you will then assess and approve.
As soon as this preliminary work has been completed, we will print and assemble your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the size and type of product and our order situation. For stock items, such as Austrian flags, you can expect a delivery time of a few days (3 - 5) after ordering.
Individual prints take a little longer, but can usually be dispatched after 9 - 12 working days (from print approval). If you order a larger quantity, we will inform you personally about the delivery time.
