Graphic design
As experts in printing textile advertising materials, we can provide you with the best graphic design.
We are happy to design according to your ideas - whether flags, banners or roll-ups.
If you would like to use a textile advertising medium (flags, banners, banners, Beachflags, roll-ups, exhibition walls, etc.) for your purposes and do not have an advertising agency at hand, you are welcome to place the design and creation in our hands. Our graphic designers are true experts in the field and know what is important. They will adapt your wishes to the intended use, the surface and the location so that your message reaches your target group in the best possible way.
Simply let us know what you want and we will take care of the rest.
Procedure
If you have decided to commission us with a suitable advertising design, you set the following chain in motion.
- You send us your request with the necessary documents.
- Our sales experts check the data together with the graphics.
- You receive a cost estimate for the design.
- If you agree, our graphics department will create a first draft within two working days and send it to you for approval.
- You now have the opportunity to make suggestions for changes, which the graphics will then implement.
- We will send you the amended draft again.
- If you approve the design, the normal ordering process starts with the product.
This is how easy it is to have flags designed directly by the manufacturer without a great deal of effort or external agencies. You can find what you need for this in the graphic design checklist below.

Costs
We will not charge you for the cost estimate. For the final invoice, we charge the actual cost. If this differs significantly from the cost estimate, we will inform you in good time - you will remain fully informed of the actual costs.
Graphic design costs: EUR 37.5 (net) per half hour (excluding any fees for chargeable images, fonts, etc.)
Logo and icons
Send your company logo in a sufficient size or ideally as a vector file.
Pictures
Send us the desired images for printing. Ideally in a very high resolution. If you do not have any images available, please send us a detailed description to help us find a suitable image for you.
Texts for design
We need the desired texts (and words) for the design. Remember - less is often more.
Font
Please also send us the desired font. If you do not know the exact name, please send us a reference (picture or internet link is sufficient) so that we have a point of reference.
Color preferences for the design
Background color, text color, special shades, color gradients are examples of this information. Please remember that it is advantageous to describe colors in more detail. Ideally with the correct color code (e.g. CMYK, HKS, RAL or Pantone).
Tip for the description
To give us an initial idea that can already meet your expectations, please provide as precise a description as possible. This will give our graphic designers a good idea of your idea and a concrete reference point for a first draft.
For example:
"The logo should be clearly visible on the top right of the roll-up, the text sent along should be printed in a light green (CMYK: 21/0/73/12) and the background should be an autumnal mountain landscape with cows."
Data via cloud
Please send us the data via a cloud. We recommend the external service WeTransfer for data transfer. Of course, you can also send us the data via other service providers or your own cloud. Please do not forget to set up the necessary approvals for the download.

Address information
Please send us the link or the approvals to verkauf@fahnen-gaertner.com or via our contact form. Don't forget to include relevant order information (e.g. customer details or order number) so that we can assign the graphics correctly.
Note: Please do not send us any USB sticks or other physical data carriers by post. For security reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept these and must return them unread.
