FAHNENGÄRTNER receives award as "Outstanding Salzburg Training Company"
FAHNENGÄRTNER was honored with the new "Excellent Salzburg Apprenticeship Company" seal of approval at the "Apprenticeship Gala" ceremony at the Salzburg Residence on March 20, 2025. This award, presented by the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce (WKS) and the state of Salzburg, recognizes companies that excel in apprenticeship training.
"Salzburg is an Austrian leader in dual vocational training. The 'Excellent Salzburg Apprenticeship Company' award, presented for the first time today, is the new seal of quality for dual vocational training in Salzburg. Outstanding training achievements should be highlighted, the quality of training ensured and the reputation of apprenticeship training further enhanced," emphasized WKS President Peter Buchmüller during the event.
FAHNENGÄRTNER has been successfully training apprentices in various professions for many years and attaches particular importance to comprehensive, high-quality training. The company's own apprentice academy supports the apprentices with internal and external training and promotes the individual potential of each individual through talent-oriented commitment. These measures are bearing fruit: many of our former apprentices decide to continue their career at FAHNENGÄRTNER after completing their training.
"We are delighted about this recognition of our training work. It encourages us to continue investing in the future of young people and to offer them a sound basis for their professional careers," says Heide Deutsch, Head of Training at FAHNENGÄRTNER.
