Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) can return finished stock goods to us within a period of 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of delivery of the ordered goods.
In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded in full if the goods are returned to us in perfect, unused and resalable condition. The costs and risks of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. In the case of goods with signs of use, we will charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value - this also applies if the goods are returned carriage forward.
