Order process and delivery
As soon as you have placed your order in the online store, it will be checked by us. With this check, we ensure that a positive and smooth order process can be guaranteed right from the start. If there are any questions, a member of staff will contact you directly.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you a further confirmation with the consignment number for delivery tracking. The delivery time depends on the size and type of product.
The delivery time for accessories for traditional products is at least 2 weeks. Many parts are handmade and only produced to order. If you need the product on a specific date, please let us know when you place your order.
