Order process and delivery
As soon as you have placed your order in the online store, it will be checked by us. With this check, we ensure that a positive and smooth order process can be guaranteed right from the start. If there are any questions, a member of staff will contact you directly.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you a further confirmation with the consignment number for delivery tracking. The delivery time depends on the size and type of product.
Delivery: Mourning flags are usually in stock and you can therefore expect short delivery times of 3 - 5 working days.
The right flag size depends on various factors, including the location, the desired visibility and the type of presentation. The decisive factor is whether the flag is to be used on an existing flagpole, on a façade, at events or as a mobile advertising system.
If a flagpole already exists, the flag should be selected in a suitable ratio to the height of the pole. This creates a harmonious appearance and the flag remains clearly visible even in windy conditions. As a recommendation, around two thirds of the pole should be covered with the flag.
If a flagpole is not yet available, it is advisable to first define the planned area of use. Compact formats are often sufficient for smaller entrance areas or indoor areas, while larger flags and higher poles may be appropriate for outdoor areas, company premises or heavily frequented locations.
The viewing distance also plays an important role: the further away the flag is to be seen, the larger the format should be selected. Wind conditions, site conditions and the desired advertising effect should also be taken into account.

The right flag design depends above all on the desired type of attachment. Decisive factors are the type of pole, bracket, hoisting device and the size of the flag.
To select the right assembly, you should pay attention to the following points:
- Height and type of flagpole
- Pole with or without boom
- Internal or external hoisting device
- Desired attachment (carabiner, hemstitch, eyelets, etc.)
- Format and size of the flag
A hemstitch is often required for poles with a bracket, whereas classic flagpoles usually use snap hooks or loops.
