Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you a further confirmation with the consignment number for delivery tracking. The delivery time depends on the size and type of product.
Delivery: Room stands are delivered in individual parts (base plates and poles). The poles are in several parts, which you can easily connect without tools. This design also gives you an advantage in terms of storage. We have the room stands in stock and can usually ship them within three working days.
Fire department flags are primarily used to identify, represent and maintain the traditions of a fire department or fire department organization. They are mainly used on the following occasions:

- Select material - such as polyester or other weather-resistant flag materials.
- Determine the design - fire department name, local coat of arms, logo, year of foundation or other symbols.
- Coordinate colors - according to local guidelines or the existing appearance.
- Select fastening method - e.g. hemstitch, eyelets or snap hooks.
- Check print approval - check the design and have it approved by those responsible if necessary.
Before ordering, it is advisable to consider existing statutes, association guidelines or internal specifications for the design of fire department flags.
The right flag size depends on various factors, including the location, the desired visibility and the type of presentation. The decisive factor is whether the flag is to be used on an existing flagpole, on a façade, at events or as a mobile advertising system.
If a flagpole already exists, the flag should be selected in a suitable ratio to the height of the pole. This creates a harmonious appearance and the flag remains clearly visible even in windy conditions. As a recommendation, around two thirds of the pole should be covered with the flag.
If a flagpole is not yet available, it is advisable to first define the planned area of use. Compact formats are often sufficient for smaller entrance areas or indoor areas, while larger flags and higher poles may be appropriate for outdoor areas, company premises or heavily frequented locations.
The viewing distance also plays an important role: the further away the flag is to be seen, the larger the format should be selected. Wind conditions, site conditions and the desired advertising effect should also be taken into account.
